What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Gold Star's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Renewal Fee is set at Gold Star's discretion, but is currently $5,000. This fee is payable prior to the renewal of the franchise agreement.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that upon reaching the end of their initial franchise term and choosing to renew, they will need to pay Gold Star $5,000. However, it is important to note that the actual renewal fee could be different at the time of renewal, as Gold Star has the right to change it.
