Floyds 99 may use outside advertising agencies and personnel, as well as in-house personnel, to create local and regional advertising. This includes ad slicks, radio spots, direct mail, billboards, and other marketing pieces and programs. While Floyds 99 may solicit input on advertising from franchisees, there is no advertising council composed of franchisees that advises Floyds 99 on advertising policies as of the date of the disclosure document.
