The Franchisee must conduct its employee training in a manner which ensures that Franchisee's employees comply with such operational standards and all laws and regulations affecting Barbershop operations.

Any employee who does not satisfactorily complete the Franchisee's training, as described in this section, shall not work in any capacity in the Franchisee's FLOYD'S 99 Shop.

The Franchisee shall be responsible for hiring fully licensed barbers and cosmetologists who meet the Franchisor's guidelines related to experience.

The Franchisee and all employees of the Franchisee shall present a professional appearance, as described in the Operations Manual, and shall render competent and courteous service to clients of the FLOYD'S 99 Shop while working at the Franchised Location.

All Principal Managers, employees of the Franchisee, the Franchisee and its owners, shall at all times while working at the Franchised Location wear clothing that meets such standards and specifications as may be prescribed by the Franchisor from time to time.

The Franchisor has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change or modify such dress code guidelines.
