The Franchisor also reserves the right to require the Franchisee to provide the Franchisor with reasonable access to information and data regarding the FLOYD'S 99 Shop by computer modem, Internet connection or by other means.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Floyds 99's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Floyds 99 reserves the right to require franchisees to provide them with reasonable access to information and data regarding their shop. This access can be facilitated through a computer modem, Internet connection, or other means.
This means that as a Floyds 99 franchisee, you may be required to install a computer modem or maintain an internet connection to provide Floyds 99 with access to your shop's data. The specific type of data and information Floyds 99 might request includes daily, weekly, or monthly reports of inventory and sales by category.
It is important to note that Floyds 99 also has the right to require franchisees to purchase new and upgraded computer hardware components, software, telecommunications equipment, and other designated equipment with 30 days prior written notice. Additionally, franchisees may be required to join an Internet electronic network connection service and contract for high-speed Internet access, if available, to facilitate communication and access to operating information.
