Does the pre-opening assistance from Floyds 99 apply to renewal franchisees?

According to the 2025 Floyds 99 Franchise Disclosure Document, the pre-opening assistance offered by Floyds 99 does not apply to renewal franchisees. The FDD outlines several forms of pre-opening assistance that Floyds 99 provides to new franchisees, such as site selection, design plans, supplier information, initial training programs, access to the operations manual, and grand opening assistance.

This means that if a franchisee is renewing their franchise agreement with Floyds 99, they will not receive the same level of support and guidance that is provided to new franchisees during the initial setup phase. While renewal franchisees do not receive pre-opening assistance, Floyds 99 does offer continuing assistance during the operation of the barbershop. This includes access to advertising and promotional materials, consultation via phone or email, additional seminars or programs, and updates on information and programs related to the barbershop and hair care industry.
