What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Floyds 99 Franchise Disclosure Document, a developer can request up to two extensions to their development schedule. These extensions are not guaranteed, as they are subject to Floyds 99's approval.
The first extension is provided at no charge. However, if a developer requests a second extension and Floyds 99 approves it, the developer must pay a non-refundable $5,000 extension fee. Each extension will be for a period of six months.
