The Franchisor shall make the initial training program available to replacement or additional Principal Managers and Barbershop managers, as applicable, during the term of this

Agreement. The Franchisor reserves the right to charge a tuition or fee in an amount payable in advance, commensurate with the then current published prices of the Franchisor for such training. The Franchisee shall be responsible for all wages, travel and living expenses incurred by its personnel during the training program. The availability of the training programs shall be subject to space considerations and prior commitments to new FLOYD'S 99 franchisees.
