Franchisees are required to submit samples of all advertising and promotional materials that have not been prepared or previously approved by Floyds 99 for their review.
Floyds 99 retains the right to develop and control all Internet advertising and messages of any kind, including social media, using their Marks. They also reserve the right, upon 30 days prior written notice, to require franchisees to participate in electronic advertising by creating, customizing, or providing access to a linked web page. All Floyds 99 shops must participate in this program and in other promotions that Floyds 99 may adopt.
This means that as a Floyds 99 franchisee, you do not have complete autonomy over your advertising and marketing efforts. You must ensure that all your promotional materials align with the brand's standards and receive approval from Floyds 99 before use. This is a common practice in franchising to maintain brand consistency and protect the brand's image. Failing to adhere to these guidelines could result in penalties or other consequences as outlined in the franchise agreement.
