What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Floyds 99 Franchise Disclosure Document, the geographic area that defines the franchisee's protected territory is described in Exhibit I of the Franchise Agreement. Specifically, Section 3.2 of the agreement details that Floyds 99 will not operate or franchise another entity to operate a shop within the geographic area outlined in Exhibit I.

Exhibit I to the Franchise Agreement and the Rider to Addendum - Location Approval both reference the "Protected Territory" and state that it will be described in those exhibits.

It is important for a prospective franchisee to carefully review Exhibit I to fully understand the extent and limitations of their protected territory. This will help them assess the potential for competition from other Floyds 99 locations and the overall market opportunity in their area. Franchisees should also understand Floyds 99's rights to operate or license others to operate shops outside the protected territory, including within Captive Audience Facilities, as detailed in Section 3.4.
