What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Floyds 99 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor has the right to examine several aspects of the franchised location to ensure compliance with their standards and specifications. This includes the physical location itself, the services offered, and how those services are delivered to customers.
Floyds 99 also has the right to inspect the franchisee's inventory, products, equipment, furniture, fixtures, materials, and supplies. This broad scope of inspection allows Floyds 99 to maintain consistent quality and brand standards across all franchise locations.
These inspections can occur during regular business hours, and while the franchisee has the right to be present, Floyds 99 reserves the right to conduct inspections without prior notice. This unannounced inspection clause is fairly common in franchising, allowing the franchisor to get an accurate view of day-to-day operations.
