What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Floyds 99 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are explicitly restricted from transshipping or reshipping products. This means that a franchisee cannot act as a distributor by sending products to other locations or customers outside of direct sales at their Floyds 99 shop. This restriction is in place to maintain control over the distribution channels and protect the brand's image.
This restriction also prevents franchisees from engaging in unauthorized online sales or mail-order businesses, ensuring that Floyds 99 maintains control over its online sales strategy. Floyds 99 reserves the right to sell branded hair care products and merchandise on the Internet directly or through its designees, and can also sell competing products online.
This policy ensures that Floyds 99 can manage its brand and product distribution effectively, while franchisees must focus on direct sales within their physical shop locations. Franchisees are required to sell all products and services approved by Floyds 99, including retail items like branded hair care products, caps, T-shirts, and sportswear, adhering to the franchisor's standards and specifications.
