What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Floyds 99 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees have the option to be present during inspections. The FDD states that Floyds 99 has the right to examine the franchised location, including services, inventory, products, equipment, and supplies, to ensure compliance with their standards.

Floyds 99 will conduct these inspections during regular business hours, and the franchisee may be present. However, Floyds 99 also reserves the right to conduct inspections without prior notice to the franchisee.

This means that while franchisees can request to be present during inspections, Floyds 99 retains the authority to perform unannounced inspections to ensure compliance with their standards and specifications. This is a fairly common practice in franchising, allowing the franchisor to maintain brand standards and quality control across all locations.
