According to the 2025 Floyds 99 Franchise Disclosure Document, the signature page indicates acceptance of the Franchise Agreement. The document states that both parties, the franchisee and Floyds 99 Franchising, LLC, execute the agreement as of the date first written in the agreement.
To confirm the agreement, there is space for Floyds 99 Franchising, LLC to print their name. There are also spaces for the franchisee to provide their individual address, city, state, and zip code, or if a corporation or partnership, their company name, address, city, state, and zip code.
Additionally, Exhibit I to the Franchise Agreement, which is an addendum, requires a fully executed date and the name of Floyds 99 Franchising, LLC.
