What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Floyds 99 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor determines the dress code guidelines for employees. The franchisee and their employees must maintain a professional appearance as detailed in the Operations Manual. All personnel working at the franchised location must wear clothing that adheres to the standards and specifications prescribed by Floyds 99.
Floyds 99 retains the right to modify these dress code guidelines at its discretion. This means that franchisees must ensure their employees comply with any changes to the dress code implemented by the franchisor.
This requirement is typical in franchising, as it helps maintain brand consistency and a uniform image across all locations. Franchisees should stay informed of any updates to the Operations Manual to ensure ongoing compliance with Floyds 99's standards.
