Under what conditions will Extreme Art Studio maintain a franchisee's webpage on the System Website?

Even if we provide you a webpage on our System Website, we will only maintain such webpage while you are in full compliance with the Franchise Agreement and all System Standards we implement (including those relating to the System Website). If you are in default of any obligation under the Franchise Agreement or our System Standards, then we may temporarily remove your webpage from the System Website until you fully cure the default. We will permanently remove your webpage from the System Website upon the Franchise Agreement's expiration or termination.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Extreme Art Studio Franchise Disclosure Document, Extreme Art Studio will maintain a franchisee's webpage on the System Website as long as the franchisee is in full compliance with the Franchise Agreement and all System Standards. This includes standards related to the System Website itself.
If an Extreme Art Studio franchisee defaults on any obligation under the Franchise Agreement or System Standards, Extreme Art Studio may temporarily remove the franchisee's webpage from the System Website. This removal will last until the franchisee corrects the default.
Upon the expiration or termination of the Franchise Agreement, Extreme Art Studio will permanently remove the franchisee's webpage from the System Website. This means that franchisees can expect their online presence through the System Website to cease if they are no longer in good standing or when their franchise agreement ends.
