Is time of the essence in the Extreme Art Studio Owners Agreement?

According to the 2024 Extreme Art Studio Franchise Disclosure Document, time is of the essence in regards to finding an approved location. Extreme Art Studio requires that you and they must reach an agreement on an Approved Location for your studio within four months after you sign the Franchise Agreement. If this does not occur, Extreme Art Studio has the option to terminate the Franchise Agreement.
