You will pay us the then-current technology fee (currently $400 per month for the first Extreme Art Studio Business and the discounted rate of $300 per month for each additional Extreme Art Studio Business), which includes your use of our online systems; website; applications; email; data sharing; integration and maintenance of DB Software; learning management software; search engine optimization for lead generation; and other Internet-related functions ("Technology Fee"). You will also pay an additional Technology Fee of $250 per month for each additional Module that you purchase. What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Extreme Art Studio's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a technology fee. For the first Extreme Art Studio Business, this fee is currently $400 per month. If a franchisee owns additional Extreme Art Studio Businesses, the fee is discounted to $300 per month for each additional location.
The Technology Fee covers the franchisee's use of Extreme Art Studio's online systems, website, applications, email, data sharing, integration and maintenance of DB Software, learning management software, search engine optimization for lead generation, and other Internet-related functions.
In addition to the monthly Technology Fee, franchisees will also be responsible for implementation fees of $1,500 for the DB Software and $500 for the CR Software. Franchisees also pay monthly licensing fees for the CR Software, which currently range from $5 to $535 per month, and for the DB Software, which ranges from $225 to $300 per month. The CR Software Fee is reevaluated at the end of each calendar year based on volume.
