Who selects the franchisee representatives for the Extreme Art Studio advisory council?

We reserve the right, at any time, to form one or more advisory councils to assist us in improving products and services, the System, and improving marketing and promotion of Extreme Art Studio Businesses. If formed, the advisory council will be governed by bylaws. The council will include our representatives and franchisee representatives. Franchisee representatives may be selected by us or may be elected by other franchisees in the System. If you participate in any advisory council, you will pay all expenses you incur related to your participation, such as travel, lodging, and meal expenses related to attending council meetings.
There currently are no advisory councils in existence. If formed, the advisory council will serve in an advisory capacity only. We reserve the right to form, change, or dissolve any advisory council at any time.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Extreme Art Studio Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee representatives for the advisory council may be selected either by Extreme Art Studio or elected by other franchisees within the system. The advisory council, if formed, will include representatives from both Extreme Art Studio and its franchisees.
Extreme Art Studio retains the right to establish, modify, or dissolve any advisory council at its discretion. Currently, there are no advisory councils in existence. If a council is formed, it will operate in an advisory capacity only, meaning Extreme Art Studio is not bound to act on its suggestions.
If a franchisee participates in the advisory council, they are responsible for covering all associated expenses, including travel, lodging, and meals related to attending council meetings.
