What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Extreme Art Studio Franchise Disclosure Document, Extreme Art Studio does provide consultation on required purchases as they deem necessary and appropriate. This consultation is part of the pre-opening assistance provided to new franchisees.
In addition to consultation on required purchases, Extreme Art Studio will advise franchisees on necessary pre-opening procedures and assist with inventory ordering of products, equipment, and supplies through their affiliate or other suppliers. They also guide franchisees on standards, specifications, and operating procedures, customer service standards, the amounts and types of classes to be offered, and authorized operating assets.
However, these services may not be provided to renewal franchisees or those purchasing existing Extreme Art Studio businesses, or for additional Extreme Art Studio businesses purchased under a Standard 2 or Standard 3 Franchise. Therefore, it is important for prospective franchisees to confirm the extent of support they will receive based on their specific circumstances.
