display in connection with the marketing and/or operation of an Extreme Art Studio Business or the solicitation or offer of an Extreme Art franchise, whether now in existence or created in the future.
"Franchisee" means the Extreme Art franchisee for which you are a manager or officer.
"Franchisee Territory" means the territory granted to you pursuant to a franchise agreement with us.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Extreme Art Studio Franchise Disclosure Document, the definition of "Know-how" includes the franchisor's proprietary information relating to the operation of an Extreme Art Studio Business, including methods, techniques, specifications, proprietary practices and procedures, policies, marketing strategies, and information comprising the System and the Manual. The manual itself is defined as the confidential Franchise Operations Manual for the operation of an Extreme Art Studio Business, which may be periodically modified by Extreme Art Studio.
While the Franchise Agreement grants Extreme Art Studio the authority to certify employees, franchisees are responsible for their own employment policies and should seek legal counsel when establishing them. Extreme Art Studio can modify System Standards for any franchise owner based on conditions they consider important to the franchise's successful operation.
Extreme Art Studio also retains the right to operate, develop, and change the System and the products and services offered by Extreme Art Studio Businesses in any manner that is not specifically prohibited in the Franchise Agreement. This allows Extreme Art Studio to make decisions and exercise rights based on their judgment of what is in their best interests and the best interests of the Extreme Art Studio Businesses as a whole.
