What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Extreme Art Studio Franchise Disclosure Document, qualified candidates, subject to approval by Extreme Art Studio, may have the opportunity to operate additional Extreme Art Studio businesses through a "Multi-Franchise Addendum." This addendum is attached as Exhibit H-7 to the FDD.
The FDD outlines two franchise packages for operating multiple Extreme Art Studio businesses. The "Standard 2" Franchise package allows a franchisee to operate two Extreme Art Studio businesses, while the "Standard 3" Franchise package allows for the operation of three businesses.
Prior to opening any additional Extreme Art Studio locations under either the Standard 2 or Standard 3 Franchise packages, franchisees must sign the then-current "Extreme Art Rider" for each additional business. This rider, attached as Exhibit H-8, may differ from the one included in the FDD. Each signed Extreme Art Rider permits the operation of one additional Extreme Art Studio business. The FDD specifies that there is no development territory or development schedule associated with opening additional Extreme Art Studio businesses under either the Multi-Franchise Addendum or the Extreme Art Rider.
