Is Extreme Art Studio obligated to provide additional training at the franchisee's studio?

fee for such additional training (currently $200 per person per day). Such additional training will be provided at our offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at such location we designate or virtually. We may, but are not obligated to, provide you with additional training at your Studio, and charge you our then-current off-site training fee, plus our instructor's travel and living expenses. If you (or your Operating Owner) or any Designated Manager are unable to complete the additional training to our satisfaction, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate this Franchise Agreement.
- 4.1.3 If you will operate an Extreme Art Studio Businesses, before you begin providing services from your Approved Location, we will provide an on-site training program for up to three days before your grand opening at your Approved Location ("On-Site Training") for your first Extreme Art Studio Business.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Extreme Art Studio Franchise Disclosure Document, Extreme Art Studio is not obligated to provide additional training at the franchisee's studio. However, Extreme Art Studio may choose to provide additional training at the franchisee's studio. If Extreme Art Studio does provide this training, they will charge their then-current off-site training fee, in addition to the instructor's travel and living expenses.
Extreme Art Studio will provide an on-site training program for up to three days before the grand opening at the approved location for the franchisee's first Extreme Art Studio Business. Extreme Art Studio will also provide up to two additional days of on-site assistance approximately six months following the grand opening of the approved location for the franchisee's first Extreme Art Studio Business. These on-site trainings and additional on-site assistance will be provided at no charge for the first Extreme Art Studio Business the franchisee opens.
For additional Extreme Art Studio Businesses, if the franchisee requests on-site training or additional on-site assistance and Extreme Art Studio agrees to provide it, the franchisee will pay Extreme Art Studio's then-current training fees, which are currently $200 per person per day.
