Optional Assistance
During the term of the Franchise Agreement, we (or our designee(s)) may, but are not required to, provide the following assistance and services to you:

- Modify, update, or change the System, including the adoption and use of new or modified trade names, trademarks, service marks, or copyrighted materials, new products, new equipment, or new techniques.

- Make periodic visits to the Extreme Art Studio Business for the purpose of assisting in all aspects of the operation and management of the Extreme Art Studio Business, prepare written reports concerning these visits outlining any suggested changes or improvements in the operation of the Extreme Art Studio Business, and detailing any problems in

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Extreme Art Studio may make periodic visits to the franchisee's Extreme Art Studio Business to assist in its operation and management. However, these visits are optional and not required.
During these visits, Extreme Art Studio may prepare written reports outlining suggested changes or improvements in the operation, and detailing any problems that become evident. If the franchisee requests these visits, they must reimburse Extreme Art Studio's expenses and pay their then-current training charges.
This optional support is in addition to the initial and ongoing support Extreme Art Studio provides. Extreme Art Studio offers pre-opening assistance with site selection, lease review, and construction project management. They also provide an initial training program and on-site training prior to the grand opening. Continuing support includes advising on business operations, standards, and procedures, as well as providing guidance through the Franchise Operations Manual and other materials.
