We have established a System Website for Extreme Art Studio Businesses. Other than the System Website and certain other activities that we approve from time to time in our sole discretion, you may not conduct activity associated with your Extreme Business over the Internet.
Even if we provide you a webpage on our System Website, we will only maintain such webpage while you are in full compliance with the Franchise Agreement and all System Standards we implement (including those relating to the System Website).
All advertising, marketing, and promotional materials that you develop for your Extreme Art Studio Business must contain notices of the System Website's domain name in the manner we designate. Only we have the right to sell products sold by Extreme Art Studio Businesses on the Internet through the System Website.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Extreme Art Studio Franchise Disclosure Document, Extreme Art Studio maintains one or more websites, referred to as a 'System Website,' to advertise, market, and promote Extreme Art Studio Businesses, along with the products and services they offer. Extreme Art Studio retains control over internet marketing, potentially restricting a franchisee's ability to independently market online or use domain names similar to the brand's marks. Franchisee websites are intended to be accessed through Extreme Art Studio's homepage.
Extreme Art Studio has the right to use the Brand Fund to manage the System Website, updating it as needed. Franchisees must keep Extreme Art Studio informed of any changes to their listing information on the System Website and must get approval for all information displayed. Extreme Art Studio may modify System Standards related to the System Website. While franchisees may not develop their own websites without prior written approval, Extreme Art Studio may allow franchisees to promote their businesses through other online strategies, consistent with the company's online policy.
Even if Extreme Art Studio provides a webpage for a franchisee on its System Website, Extreme Art Studio will only maintain it if the franchisee is compliant with the Franchise Agreement and System Standards. Non-compliance may result in temporary removal of the webpage. All marketing materials developed by franchisees must include notices of the System Website's domain name. Extreme Art Studio retains the exclusive right to sell products online through the System Website, and franchisees are restricted from selling Extreme Art products or services online except through methods approved by Extreme Art Studio.
Prospective franchisees should be aware of these stipulations regarding online marketing and website usage. They should inquire about the specifics of the System Website, the conditions for maintaining a presence on it, and the extent to which they can independently market their Extreme Art Studio franchise online. Understanding these policies is crucial for planning their local advertising and promotional strategies, especially considering the required local advertising spend of $500 per month.
