How long does the On-Site Training Program last for a new Extreme Art Studio business?

According to Extreme Art Studio's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the On-Site Training Program lasts for up to three days. This training is provided immediately prior to the grand opening of the new Extreme Art Studio location and includes the day of the grand opening. The franchisor does not charge any tuition or fees for this initial on-site training.

In addition to the initial on-site training, Extreme Art Studio also provides up to two additional days of on-site assistance. This additional assistance is scheduled by the franchisor to occur approximately six months after the studio's grand opening. This follow-up support aims to help franchisees navigate the challenges that arise after the initial launch phase.

Prospective franchisees should note that while the initial and additional on-site training programs are provided without tuition fees, any further training deemed necessary by Extreme Art Studio will incur costs. The FDD states that additional training currently costs $200 per person per day, plus travel and living expenses for the trainer if the training is on-site, or the franchisee's expenses if the training is at another location. Franchisees are also responsible for the ongoing training of their own employees and independent contractors.
