What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Extreme Art Studio Franchise Disclosure Document, additional training may be provided to the franchisee, operating owner, or designated manager. The location of this training depends on the type of training needed and who requests it.
If the additional training is required because the franchisee (or their personnel) failed to complete the initial training program satisfactorily, the training will be provided at Extreme Art Studio's offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at a location the franchisor designates, or virtually. The franchisee will be charged the then-current training fee, which is currently $200 per person per day. Extreme Art Studio may also provide additional training at the franchisee's studio, but is not obligated to, and will charge the then-current off-site training fee plus instructor travel and living expenses.
If the franchisee requests additional training, Extreme Art Studio and the franchisee will jointly determine the duration of the training. Extreme Art Studio reserves the right to charge its then-current training fee for this additional training, also currently $200 per person per day. It is important to note that if attendees complete the initial training program and do not express concerns about their preparedness, they will be deemed sufficiently trained.
