If I choose to offer alcohol at my Extreme Art Studio Business, what am I required to do?

If you choose to offer alcohol at your Extreme Art Studio Business, you will need to obtain all necessary and applicable alcoholic beverage permitting and licensing or any other permitting or licensing that will allow your customers to bring (and consume) their own beer, wine or spirits to the Studio or to offer beer, wine and spirits for sale and consumption at the Studio. In any case, you are responsible for complying with any federal, state, county, municipal, or other local laws and regulations relating to the sale and/or consumption of alcohol and liquor that may apply to your Studio.

You are responsible for investigating, understanding, and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements applicable to you and your Extreme Art Studio Business. You should consult with a legal advisor about whether these and/or other requirements apply to your Extreme Art Studio Business. Failure to comply with laws and regulations is a material breach of the Franchise Agreement.

This means that non-compliance could lead to significant penalties, including potential termination of the franchise agreement.
