You and your operating owner, if applicable, must attend mandatory conferences at locations that we designate, and you must pay any conference fees and travel expenses. You will pay all required conference fees.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Extreme Art Studio Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees and their operating owners must attend mandatory conferences that the company designates. Franchisees are responsible for paying all conference fees and travel expenses associated with attending these mandatory conferences.
In addition to mandatory conferences, Extreme Art Studio may also require franchisees or their managers to attend and complete additional training, including online computer training. The cost for this additional training is $200 per person per day, along with travel and living expenses. This additional training is at the discretion of Extreme Art Studio, based on their observation of the franchisee's business operations.
Extreme Art Studio also offers optional assistance to franchisees, including holding periodic national or regional conferences to discuss business and operational issues. However, attendance at these national or regional conferences is not mandatory.
