vide does not create an obligation (whether by course of dealing or otherwise) to continue to provide such specific training or guidance, all of which we may discontinue and modify from time to time. We will not provide general business or operations training to your employees or independent contractors. We will provide limited training on the Extreme Art Studio System and brand standards to your employees. You will be responsible for training your employees and independent contractors, including any training on the day-to-day operations of the Extreme Art Studio Business. You will be responsible for hiring, training, directing, scheduling and supervising your employees and independent contractors in the day-to-day operations of the Extreme Art Studio Business.
