What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Extreme Art Studio Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee wishes to advertise online, they must adhere to the online policy outlined in the Franchise Operations Manual. This policy is subject to change as technology and the Internet evolve.

Extreme Art Studio retains the right to manage Internet marketing, including websites, domain names, advertising, and co-branding arrangements. The franchisee's use of social media may be restricted, and they may not be allowed to independently market online or use domain names, addresses, locators, links, metatags, or search techniques similar to the Extreme Art Studio trademarks.

Furthermore, franchisees must obtain written approval before developing or maintaining any website, social media account, crowdfunding campaign, or blog that mentions the franchisee, their Extreme Art Studio Business, or displays any of the brand's marks. If such approval is granted, Extreme Art Studio reserves the right to require written approval of the initial content and any subsequent updates or modifications. Extreme Art Studio also has the right to review and remove online content on social media sites, blogs, electronic communications, and other online sites where its trademarks are used to protect its reputation and maintain consistency within the system.
