Answer from 2024 FDD Document

agree to provide, On-Site Training or Additional On-Site Assistance for additional Extreme Art Studio Businesses, you shall pay us our then-current training fees (currently $200 per person per day).

  • 4.1.4 You (or your Operating Owner) or any Designated Manager may request additional training in the operation of an Extreme Art Studio Business. We and you will jointly determine the duration of this additional training, and we reserve the right to charge you our thencurrent training fee for such additional training (currently $200 per person per day). However, if your attendees satisfactorily complete our Initial Training Program and have not expressly informed us at the end of the program that they do not feel sufficiently trained in the operation of an Extreme Art Studio Business, then you and they will be deemed to have been trained sufficiently to operate an Extreme Art Studio Business.

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Extreme Art Studio's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees, their Operating Owners, or Designated Managers can request additional training in the operation of an Extreme Art Studio Business. The duration of this additional training will be jointly determined by Extreme Art Studio and the franchisee. However, Extreme Art Studio retains the right to charge its current training fee for this additional training, which is currently $200 per person per day.

This means that while franchisees can seek extra training to improve their operational skills, it will likely come at an additional cost. The franchisee should factor in these potential training expenses when budgeting for their franchise. The cost of $200 per person per day could accumulate quickly, especially if multiple staff members require additional training or if the training extends over several days.

It is important to note that if attendees satisfactorily complete the Initial Training Program and do not express any concerns about their training level at the end of the program, they will be considered sufficiently trained to operate an Extreme Art Studio Business. This highlights the importance of actively participating and voicing any concerns during the initial training to avoid the need for additional, paid training later on. Franchisees should carefully assess their training needs and communicate them effectively to Extreme Art Studio to ensure they receive adequate support.
