What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Extreme Art Studio Franchise Disclosure Document, the online advertising policy that franchisees must follow is located in the Franchise Operations Manual. The FDD specifies that this policy may change as technology and the Internet evolve, so franchisees need to stay updated on any revisions.
The FDD also indicates that Extreme Art Studio retains significant control over online marketing. They may reserve the sole right to market on the Internet, including all use of websites, domain names, advertising, and co-branding arrangements. They can also restrict a franchisee's use of social media and may not allow independent marketing on the Internet or the use of domain names similar to their trademarks.
Prospective Extreme Art Studio franchisees should carefully review the Franchise Operations Manual and discuss the online advertising policy with the franchisor to fully understand the restrictions and requirements. This will help them avoid potential conflicts and ensure compliance with Extreme Art Studio's standards for online marketing and branding.
