What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Extreme Art Studio Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Disclosure Questionnaire cannot be signed or dated on the same day as the Receipt for the Franchise Disclosure Document. However, it must be signed and dated on the same day the Franchise Agreement and Multi-Franchise Addendum (if applicable) are signed.

This requirement ensures that prospective Extreme Art Studio franchisees have had adequate time to review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) before completing the Franchise Disclosure Questionnaire and signing the Franchise Agreement. This waiting period is designed to allow franchisees to carefully consider the information provided in the FDD and seek professional advice if needed.

It's important to note that this questionnaire is not to be used for any franchise sale in or to residents of California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin. Franchisees in those states may have different or additional requirements related to franchise disclosure and agreement processes.
