What This Means (2024 FDD)
Based on the 2024 Extreme Art Studio Franchise Disclosure Document, there is no explicit requirement for franchisees to acknowledge that email communication is efficient and desirable for day-to-day communications. However, the FDD does state that Extreme Art Studio may provide guidance and System Standards in the form of written or electronic materials, which could include email communications.
Additionally, the franchisee agrees to monitor and access the website or extranet for any updates to the Franchise Operations Manual or System Standards. This implies that electronic communication, such as through a website or extranet, is a standard method of communication within the Extreme Art Studio franchise system.
While not explicitly stated as a required acknowledgment, franchisees should anticipate using electronic communication methods, including email, for updates, guidance, and other communications related to the operation of their Extreme Art Studio business. A prospective franchisee may want to ask the franchisor directly about their preferred methods of communication and the expected frequency of email correspondence.
