Where can I find a description of the Extreme Art Studio Territory?

According to Extreme Art Studio's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the specific geographical area of the Territory will be detailed in Attachment B-1 or the applicable Extreme Art Rider. The Territory may be described using contiguous zip codes, street boundaries, and county boundaries, or it may be depicted on a map. The FDD also states that the territory guidelines are in Item 12.

Extreme Art Studio will not establish or operate, or franchise any entity to establish or operate, an Extreme Art Studio Business using the Marks and System at any location within the Territory of any of your Extreme Art Studio Businesses, once such Territory has been determined, provided that you are in full compliance with the terms and conditions of this Franchise Agreement and all other agreements.

However, Extreme Art Studio retains rights regarding the placement of other Extreme Art Studio Businesses and other businesses using the Marks, the sale of similar or dissimilar products and services, and any other activities. These rights include establishing other Extreme Art Studio Businesses and other art studio businesses, operating businesses similar to Extreme Art Studio under different names, and using the Marks and the System to sell products or services through alternative channels of distribution within or outside the Territory.
