When we subsequently approve a location for your Extreme Art Studio Business, we will complete Attachment B-1 or our then-current form of Attachment E-1, as applicable, to specify the address of that location, and such location will automatically become the Approved Location for the applicable Extreme Art Studio Business as if originally set forth in Attachment B or the Extreme Art Rider.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Extreme Art Studio's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the address of an approved location is specified in Attachment B-1 or Attachment E-1.
Specifically, after Extreme Art Studio approves a location, it will complete either Attachment B-1 or its current version of Attachment E-1 to specify the address. Once completed, this location automatically becomes the Approved Location for the Extreme Art Studio business, as if it were originally included in Attachment B or the Extreme Art Rider.
If the initial location hasn't been approved when the Franchise Agreement is signed, Attachment B will describe the location in general terms. Similarly, for additional locations, the Extreme Art Rider will initially describe the location in general terms until formal approval. This process ensures that both parties are aligned on the location details as soon as the site meets Extreme Art Studio's standards and specifications.
