What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Extreme Art Studio Franchise Disclosure Document, Extreme Art Studio will provide a list of approved suppliers to franchisees. Specifically, Extreme Art Studio will advise franchisees on inventory ordering of products, equipment, and supplies through their affiliate or other suppliers, as applicable.
Extreme Art Studio also retains the right to review requests for approval of additional items, services, and/or suppliers, and notify franchisees of their decision. This suggests that while there is an initial list of approved suppliers, franchisees may have the option to propose new suppliers for consideration.
Franchisees are also required to order sales and marketing material from Extreme Art Studio or its designated suppliers. Using other marketing material without prior written approval from Extreme Art Studio constitutes a material breach of the Franchise Agreement. If a franchisee desires to use their own advertising materials, they must obtain prior approval from Extreme Art Studio, which may be granted or denied at their sole discretion.
