What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Everhome Suites Franchise Disclosure Document, any guidance, recommendations, or advice provided during consultation are considered suggestions only. The decision to follow such guidance is entirely up to the franchisee.
This means that while Everhome Suites may offer support and advice, the franchisee has the final say in how they operate their business. This provides the franchisee with flexibility and control over their hotel.
However, franchisees must still adhere to the requirements outlined in the Franchise Agreement and the Rules and Regulations. These documents dictate standards for construction, renovation, operation, maintenance, and advertising of the hotel. While consultation advice is non-binding, compliance with the franchise agreement is mandatory.
