What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Warm Leads Fee is payable within fourteen (14) days after the session for which the warm lead was provided. This fee is 50% of the paid session fee for the initial (or any one-time) session provided for or on behalf of a Warm Lead, with a minimum of $1,500.

This means that if Eos Worldwide refers a potential client to a franchisee through the Warm Leads Program, and that lead results in a paid session, the franchisee must remit 50% of the revenue from that session to Eos Worldwide, but no less than $1,500, within two weeks of the session taking place. This applies to the first session with the warm lead, or any one-time session.

Franchisees should be aware that participation in the Warm Leads Program is optional and does not guarantee any minimum number of referrals. Eos Worldwide also retains the right to modify or eliminate the Warm Leads Program at any time. Therefore, franchisees should carefully consider the potential costs and benefits of participating in the program, taking into account the required fee payment schedule and the lack of guaranteed leads.
