Answer from 2025 FDD Document

  • (b) As a United States based Franchised Business, you will be a member of our North American community and will therefore attend Boot Camp, QCEs and other training, meetings and events provided to or for the benefit of Franchised Businesses from time to time in the United States, and will be subject to the applicable Franchise System Standards for the United States. If you travel internationally, such travel may result in increased costs and travel time, travel restrictions and other burdens or inconveniences that may not be applicable to others. Accordingly, you accept all such known and unknown incremental costs, burdens, inconveniences and other risks of conducting any part of your Franchised Business outside of the United States. You will be solely responsible for managing visa and travel requirements associated with any such international travel. If you require an entry visa into any other foreign country including the United States of America, you must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure. In addition, you may not change communities without our prior written consent. We will approve or disapprove a change request based on such factors as we deem appropriate (acting reasonably), including the basis for the change request.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, a United States-based franchisee will be a member of the North American community. As part of this community, franchisees are expected to attend Boot Camp, Quarterly Coaching Events (QCEs), and other training sessions, meetings, and events specifically provided for franchisees in the United States. These franchisees will also be subject to the Franchise System Standards applicable in the United States.

This membership in the North American community ensures that franchisees receive training and support relevant to their operating environment. It also helps maintain consistency and quality across franchises within the United States. Franchisees should be aware of their obligations to attend required events and adhere to the standards set for the U.S. market.

If a franchisee chooses to travel internationally for business purposes, they will be responsible for all associated costs, travel time, and any travel restrictions. Additionally, franchisees cannot change communities without prior written consent from Eos Worldwide, which will be granted based on factors deemed appropriate by the company. This ensures that Eos Worldwide maintains control over community membership and can manage the support and resources provided to each community effectively.
