Under what conditions might Eos Worldwide refer potential clients as 'Warm Leads'?

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company may refer potential or prospective clients to franchisees through its Warm Leads Referral Program, and these clients are referred to as "Warm Leads". Participation in this program is optional for franchisees. However, participation does not guarantee any minimum number of Warm Leads or any Warm Leads at all. Eos Worldwide retains the right to modify, change, eliminate, or amend the Warm Leads Program at any time.

If a Warm Lead results in a paid session or generates session revenue for the franchisee's business, the franchisee must pay Eos Worldwide fifty percent (50%) of the gross revenue from the initial (or one-time) session, with a minimum payment of $1,500. This payment is referred to as the "Warm Leads Fee".

This arrangement means that while Eos Worldwide offers a potential lead generation service, franchisees bear the risk of paying a significant portion of their revenue from these leads back to the company. The franchisee should evaluate the potential benefits of the Warm Leads Program against the cost of the Warm Leads Fee and the uncertainty of receiving any leads at all.
