You expressly acknowledge that the EOS Franchise System must continue to evolve in order to reflect changing market conditions and to meet new and changing client demands. Therefore, variations and additions to the EOS Franchise System may be required from time to time to preserve and enhance the public image of the EOS Franchise System and to improve the continuing operating efficiency of all franchisees. Accordingly, you agree that we may from time to time, upon written notice, add to, subtract from or otherwise change the EOS Franchise System, including, without limitation, adopting new or modified Marks, Products, Services, systems, fees, equipment and techniques and methods relating to the sale, promotion and provision of Services or Products or other changes to the EOS Franchise System.

Eos Worldwide can add to, subtract from, or otherwise change the EOS Franchise System. These changes may include adopting new or modified Marks, Products, Services, systems, fees, equipment, and techniques and methods relating to the sale, promotion, and provision of Services or Products.
Eos Worldwide will provide written notice to franchisees regarding any changes to the EOS Franchise System. As a prospective franchisee, it is important to understand that Eos Worldwide retains the right to make these changes and that franchisees are expected to adapt to them. This is a fairly standard clause in franchise agreements, as franchisors need the flexibility to update their systems to remain competitive and relevant.
