What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee can receive a $1,500 referral fee under specific conditions. The franchisee must refer a new franchisee to Eos Worldwide, and that new franchisee must sign a franchise agreement and successfully complete Boot Camp.
To be eligible for the referral fee, the referring franchisee must be active and in good standing under their Franchise Agreement both at the time of the referral and when the referred franchisee completes Boot Camp. This means the franchisee must be compliant with all terms and conditions of their agreement with Eos Worldwide.
Eos Worldwide retains the right to eliminate or modify the referral fee program at any time, but they must provide written notice to the franchisee. Additional criteria for the referral fee program may be detailed in the Operations Manual, which franchisees should review for a comprehensive understanding of the program's requirements and conditions.
