- At your reasonable request and subject to our availability, consult with you by telephone, e-mail, virtual meeting, webinar, or otherwise regarding the operation of your Franchised Business and advise you regarding Services, sales techniques, utilizing our tools and EOS, client relations and similar topics. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide will consult with franchisees regarding their Franchised Business at the franchisee's reasonable request, subject to Eos Worldwide's availability. This consultation can occur via telephone, e-mail, virtual meeting, webinar, or other means. The consultation will cover topics such as services, sales techniques, utilizing Eos Worldwide's tools and EOS, and client relations.
This arrangement allows franchisees to seek guidance from Eos Worldwide on various aspects of their business operations. However, the consultation is subject to Eos Worldwide's availability, which means there might be delays or limitations depending on Eos Worldwide's workload and resources. Franchisees should be prepared to clearly articulate their needs and be proactive in seeking assistance.
Additionally, Eos Worldwide may periodically make its employees or other designees, including other franchisees, available to provide advice and assistance with the ongoing operation of the Franchised Business. This is done at Eos Worldwide's sole discretion. This provides an additional avenue for franchisees to receive support and learn from the experiences of others within the Eos Worldwide system. However, franchisees should note that this assistance is not guaranteed and is subject to Eos Worldwide's decision.
