What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Implementers are permitted to attend the annual EOS Conference if a certain number of their clients also attend. The conference is designed for companies operating on EOS.
Implementers can attend if at least three of their clients are registered for the conference. The registration fee for the Implementer varies depending on the number of clients attending. For example, if three to five clients attend, the Implementer must pay the full registration fee, which was $2,500 in 2025. If six to nine clients attend, the Implementer pays half the registration fee. If ten or more clients attend, the Implementer can attend without paying a registration fee.
Eos Worldwide specifies that when determining client attendance, they count individual registrations. Therefore, if multiple individuals from the same client organization attend, each counts as a separate client. If the Implementer qualifies to attend the conference in person, they are responsible for their own travel, lodging, meals not provided, and other related costs. Eos Worldwide retains the right to revise the client attendance thresholds and can also hold the EOS Conference virtually, in which case the Implementer is responsible for any virtual attendance charges.
