What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide may refer speaking engagement opportunities to franchisees, who must then pay Eos Worldwide 25% of the gross revenue generated from the speaking engagement. However, Eos Worldwide retains the discretion to waive this 25% Speaking Referral Fee.
Eos Worldwide may choose to waive the Speaking Referral Fee in connection with specific partnerships or other opportunities that could lead to speaking engagements for the franchisee. This waiver is not guaranteed and is dependent on the specific circumstances of the partnership or opportunity.
For a prospective Eos Worldwide franchisee, this means that while speaking engagements can be a source of revenue, a portion of that revenue (25%) will typically be owed to Eos Worldwide. However, franchisees should be aware that this fee may be waived in certain situations, particularly those involving partnerships or special opportunities identified by Eos Worldwide. It is important for potential franchisees to understand the terms and conditions under which these waivers may be granted.
