What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Speaking Referral Fee is 25% of the gross revenue generated from speaking engagements, workshops, or other similar opportunities referred to the franchisee by Eos Worldwide. This fee is payable within fourteen days after the session.

Eos Worldwide may waive this Speaking Referral Fee in connection with certain partnerships or other opportunities that may generate these speaking opportunities. This waiver is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of Eos Worldwide.

For a prospective franchisee, this means that while a 25% fee is typically required for speaking referrals, there are circumstances where Eos Worldwide might choose to forgo this fee. This could potentially increase the profitability of those specific speaking engagements for the franchisee. It is important to inquire with Eos Worldwide about the specific criteria or partnerships that might qualify for a waiver of this fee to better understand the potential financial implications.
