Under what circumstances might Eos Worldwide waive or discount Monthly Membership Fees?

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company may, from time to time, waive or discount Monthly Membership Fees based on circumstances they feel are warranted. This includes situations where franchisees are materially impacted by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as Acts of God that may limit their ability to operate in a specific region. Otherwise, the Monthly Membership Fees will be uniform for all franchisees based on their tier.

This waiver or discount is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of Eos Worldwide. The FDD specifies that Monthly Membership Fees are typically fixed monthly payments ranging from $1,395 to $1,695, depending on the franchisee's designated tier. New EOS Implementers are initially designated as Professional EOS Implementers, requiring a Monthly Membership Fee of $1,395.
