Under what circumstances might Eos Worldwide waive or discount Monthly Membership Fees?

Eos_Worldwide Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

We may waive or discount Monthly Membership Fees from time to time based on circumstances we feel are warranted, including for those franchisees that may be materially impacted by circumstances beyond their reasonable control (e.g., Acts of God that may limit ability to operate in a region). Otherwise, Monthly Membership Fees will be uniform for all franchisees based on their tier.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company may, from time to time, waive or discount Monthly Membership Fees based on circumstances they feel are warranted. This includes situations where franchisees are materially impacted by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as Acts of God that may limit their ability to operate in a specific region. Otherwise, the Monthly Membership Fees will be uniform for all franchisees based on their tier.

This waiver or discount is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of Eos Worldwide. The FDD specifies that Monthly Membership Fees are typically fixed monthly payments ranging from $1,395 to $1,695, depending on the franchisee's designated tier. New EOS Implementers are initially designated as Professional EOS Implementers, requiring a Monthly Membership Fee of $1,395.

For a prospective franchisee, this means that while there is a possibility of a waiver or discount on Monthly Membership Fees, it is contingent on specific circumstances deemed appropriate by Eos Worldwide. These circumstances appear to be related to external factors that significantly impact the franchisee's ability to operate, such as natural disasters. Franchisees should not rely on receiving a discount unless such extraordinary circumstances arise. It is important to note that the Monthly Membership Fee is not refundable under any circumstances, even if a franchisee fails to attend a scheduled Boot Camp.
