What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide may modify a franchisee's Tier designation under certain circumstances. Franchisees can request a modification to their Tier designation by submitting a formal written request. Eos Worldwide may set specific standards, terms, and requirements for Tier qualification, which could include purchasing additional inventory or supplies, undergoing further training, meeting additional marketing requirements, fulfilling additional payment obligations, and adhering to other conditions, all at the franchisee's expense.
Eos Worldwide retains the right to modify, eliminate, discontinue, merge, or otherwise alter Tier designations at any time and disclaims any liability related to such changes. If a franchisee fails to meet the conditions and requirements of their current Tier designation, Eos Worldwide may modify the Tier designation upon written notice.
This modification may require the franchisee to undergo mandatory remedial training, and/or potentially lead to the termination of the Franchise Agreement. This means that maintaining the standards of a specific tier is crucial for Eos Worldwide franchisees, and failure to do so can result in a demotion in tier, additional costs for training, or even termination of the franchise agreement.
