Answer from 2025 FDD Document

We do not require minimum availability of any Implementer, or track availability of any Implementer. Except to maintain tier status, Implementers may set their own schedules and fees and perform sessions in their discretion without any requirement to allocate a minimum number of hours or days to their EOS Franchised Business.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide does not track the availability of its Implementers. The FDD states that Eos Worldwide does not require a minimum availability from its Implementers.

Implementers have the autonomy to set their own schedules and fees. They can perform sessions at their discretion without needing to allocate a minimum number of hours or days to their Eos Worldwide franchised business.

This flexibility allows franchisees to manage their work-life balance and business operations as they see fit. However, franchisees must still meet certain criteria to maintain their tier status, which is based on productivity standards like the number of sessions conducted and session ratings.
